Senior Financial Advisor for Eastern Energy Development Ltd, on developing the “Capital Blue Sky Cogeneration Project” to renovate a number of existing coal-fired heating plants within City of Beijing to the gas-turbines CHP plants, hence thoroughly improve the air pollution caused by emission of coal-fired boilers.

1998 - 2000: President, Board of Director, Falcon Power Ltd. successfully arranged for the domestic project financing loan amount of RMB 1 billion Yuan from SDB to the Sino-US Joint Venture -Zhejiang Wenzhou Power Project which was the first project financing project ever succeed in China’s power industry.

1994-1998: Vice President, Falcon Group, Inc Senior Advisor for Sithe China Holding Ltd on the development of CHP plants in China through project financing to Tangshan Xijiao CHP Plant in which was appraised by Wall Street in 1995 as one of the best project in the world via non-recourse project financing;

Organized and coordinated the 1994 Beijing international conference for White & Case and CIECC, the engineering consulting firm of the China State Planning Commission. It was the first conference to introduce the concept of Project Financing to the Chinese power industry.
