Yu Hongyuan

Yu Hongyuan is a Research Fellow and the Deputy Director of the Department of International Organizations and Laws at the Shanghai Institute for International Studies in China. He is alos an Honor Fellow in the Asia Pacific Research Center at the Lingnan University of Hong Kong. From 1998 to 2000 Yu Hongyuan worked with the Administrative Center for China's Agenda 21 at the China Ministry of Science and Technology. He is the author of numerous publications including most recently "Environmental Change and Asia-Pacific: China Responds to Global Warming," (co-authored with Professor Harris) in Global Change, Peace, and Security.
